This is a protest over fraudulent uncompleted pension payment in Nigeria Port Authority in the management of and supervision of a criminal called Mr Aliyu as the managing director of the Nigeria Port Authority as at 2008..
This dubious act was rendered within his knowledge and compliance based on the culture common in every sector in Nigeria known as "CORRUPTION". Even government personnel sees this as normality. But this is in conductive madness. Because only a mad man will see what is wrong and call it right.
It is obvious that we have been put under the supervision of so called criminals,hoodlums and fraudsters. This is pure fact. Well it has been known that Mr Aliyu and his culprits has been reported to the EFCC and ICPC by the present N.P.A management under the supervision of Mrs Hajiya Hadiza Bala Usman_ For an allege corruption and illegal transfer of a large sum of funds that belong to N.P.A pensioners into a fixed deposit account worth over 15Billion Naira to generate personal profit.

The 2008 pensioners were paid illegally,criminally&dubiously in arrears meaning under supervision of Mr Aliyu. The pensioners were paid less than 30% of the due payment(i.e those that are to receive 15million as at 2008 value got less than 4million. Those that due for 12million got less than 3million).
The N.P.A management under Mr Aliyu took the criminal advantage of the new pension act that was reformed in 2004 under the governance of formal president OLUSEGUN OBASANJO and the reformed was put into law in January 2008 by the then great and good late former president of Nigeria UMAR YAR'DUA(may his soul rest in perfect peace).
The reformed has been on and alive in Nigeria law and regulation for almost 5 months until may 2008. N.P.A readily disengaged certain number of his staffs who have served for about the range of 18yrs to 30yrs in their mix and assured the federal government their readiness to pay according the new reform based on the sector of financial fitness according to the ministry of transportation because that was their agreement before disengaging their staffs..
The members of these over 500 pensioners appealing these payment claiming with proves gathered that the management of N.P.A dubiously didn't pay them according to the new reform which was put to law in January 2008 after 5 months of implementation.
In 2014, out of protest and victims were sent to Abuja to protest and fight for the right. Another amount was paid to these pensioners to silence them which constitute just less 10% from the total money by calculation promising to correct and pay the balance, since 2014 nothing has yet been paid.
The question is,Are these criminal acts committed within the consent of the Federal Government or Not? so if not, these aged pensioners are demanding for justice from the Federal Government in time to avoid frustratefully take law into their hands.Already they are fed up demanding for their total pension right without any dubious inclusions.
